Do not fill this in, call (205) 555-0187. We will tell you whether to tow it here or somewhere better, and we will say so honestly if it is somewhere better.
What we need to know
The noise, when it happens, and whether it changes with speed or with the brakes. Those three answers get us most of the way there before the car arrives, which is time you do not pay for.
If a warning light is on, take a photograph of the dash and bring it. Half of them go off before the car gets to us.
Dropping off
Key drop in the wall by the lobby door for overnight. Write your name and number on the envelope. We open at 7:30 and the first calls go out by nine.
