What happens next
I text you the same day, usually within a couple of hours. If the property is straightforward I will give you a price on that text without coming out at all, because I can see the lot from the map and I have probably cut something on your street.
If it is not straightforward I will come and look, and that is free and takes ten minutes. Either way you get a flat number for the season, not an hourly rate that moves.
What I need from you
The address, and whether there is a gate and what the code is. That is genuinely all. If you have dogs, tell me their names, because I will meet them.
If it is already out of hand
Say so. An overgrown first cut is $120 and it is a different job from a weekly, and there is no judgment in it. Half the lawns I pick up in June start that way.
